Dan Eggerman, tax attorney, graduated magna cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law where he was awarded the State Bar of Georgia's 2012 Outstanding Tax Student Award. He earned his Masters in Tax Law (LL.M.) from the University of San Diego. Dan joined the California Bar in 2012. Since that time he has continuously defended individuals and businesses before the Internal Revenue Service, Franchise Tax Board, and Employment Development Department. Before joining our firm, he worked in San Francisco where he represented some of the nation's largest companies in complex tax litigation involving income tax, sales tax, property tax, telecommunications, and e-commerce. His practice includes tax collections, including offers in compromise, administrative appeals, offshore disclosures, and state and local tax law.
